Hell yea. Going down.

1- Rewarded myself with a new workout suit. I call it the cougar-suit.

2- Still have a pear surplus, so more pear-greek yoghurt-oatmeal pancakes for breakfast.

3- Trying to "graduate" and will start lifting heavier weights (2kg, not going crazy or anything.)
116.4 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh my, make some pear butter or pear jam and freeze it. Your taste buds will thank you all year. Make a pear “applesauce”, that is a favorite of mine. Lots of things you can do with that wonderful fruit.

Thank you everybody for your lovely comments. It's much easier to keep being motivated with this kind of support. I don't know why I haven't posted that much in my journal before, maybe my journey would have been easier and less bumpy? Kenna: you're right! pear jam sounds like my kind of thing. I already have a pot of blackberry jam from my garden. I think I'll keep adding to my jam repertoire haha

Good job!! Love the workout outfit. Cougar/Leopard print is my fav! I love lifting weights because as you lose weight it adds back muscle, so you look thinner but toned instead of loose flabby skin. My trainer always tells me "Don't be afraid to get stronger!"

Thank you so much everybody! I'm keeping at it! Jennifer@123, I'm not tall at all! hehe I'm 155cm. At my current weight I am still a bit to the right of the center of the healthy BMI for my age (21.9)
