Yep. 53Kg.
Happy to be maintaining and also happy that leaving space for the night snack seems to be working... I call it snack but if I look at the calories it's technically another meal...
116.8 lb Lost so far: 46.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
