I've been following the FAA food plan to the letter. (Man, do I have an issue with authority--even with flippin' diets!)
And I have to say: following this FAA food plan works. I'm already feeling more and balanced.
I have gone 3 days now without my afternoon coffee run. And, I haven't needed a nap. Huge relief to eliminate that dependency.
