I slacked off Monday and Tuesday and did not get my 10k steps for the day. Then Tues
I literally had a break down and started to cry bc I didn't eat good all day and work was horrible.So I went out to make an errand and when I came back we were gonna get take out and my husband couldn't decide what to eat bc he was trying to be nice and pick something I would be able to have and I got so frustrated I started to cry. Well everyone knows how great my Mr is, he came up to me and hugged me then went out and got me a fish plate with a side salad on it and some avocado. And i was all better after that. It was a hard day and not eating turned me into a diva.But enough of that. Moving forward I got 17k yesterday and felt good so I make buffalo chicken meatballs and some buffalo cauliflower and baked some cheese into chips. My bff is coming over Saturday and we are gonna try some cauliflower steaks. Hoping those taste good. Hope every one stays warm.Its freakishly cold for us Texans. LOL CHEERS to everyone

Everyone needs a cry day every now and again. You did well to turn it around in the end.

It happens, I get frustrated with food. I cried at work yesterday (not from food) but the stress led to have a half of a homemade strawberry shake. Stay strong. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger
