HCB's Journal, 30 January 2015

Greetings my Buddies!

I hope everyone is having a positive day. I did a 16:8 today and felt well - not hungry until almost 2:00pm.

I am finding my food program pretty easy to stick with because both the fat and protein keep me satiated.

I seem to be haunting Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and the local supermarket chain. I am getting more picky about produce, meats and poultry. I think that is probably a good process to know where my food is sourced.

My workouts are going well - and I will continue my routine; with an extra rest day this weekend.

The "Idiot Box" has not moved at all; and I am cautious with my fancy scale numbers since I have to figure out a little more what the fat% and water% mean to the big picture.

The words of the week:
Fat Burn Baby!

I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.

Being consciously aware of what we eat and where it comes from is so important to our health. I don't think we all realize that 2/3's of the 'crap' in the grocery stores shouldn't be legally sold as food, but it is. The 16:8 is a great way to get off the stall. Good luck!
