I want to be like you! I started this journey with a doctor chasing me with a prescription pad! I feel pretty great right now, but I'm betting that I will feel MUCH better below 200 lbs, only 66 more to go to reach 200 :)

I have just joined today and congratulate you on your achievements. I am hoping to loose 22 kg (46lb) in all. Medically the doc has been adding meds and conditions to the list with every kilo I gain. So time to get off the bp meds and improive the joint function.
