Happy holidays FS!

I am pretty scared of the scale right now. I've been exercising this week and also eating a lot still. I've been having unhealthy, heavy meals that make me feel so full I feel sick. I haven't been logging well because I know I don't want to see those numbers. Here we go...

What?! Only one pound gain on the scale?!! I'm hoping this means I am losing body fat and gaining muscle? I still feel so fat. I am hoping to hit the 130s sometime soon. If I can be my high school weight (137) that would be so cool.

Remedy please! Now that I'm on winter break (it started today!!) I hope I can get back on the wagon again. I've been off for a while. I don't think I've been doing good since Thanksgiving. I felt like this would happen. I brought my workout clothes home from work so I can start exercising while I'm off.

I'm about to do my morning routine and then embark on a very long day of errands, appointments, and holiday dinners. Wish me luck!!

Yeah, once your body gets back into the habit of craving heavy foods, it can be hard to get back on a healthy track. Maybe think about a couple healthy meals that you really like, and bring one of those back into your day until you can reset your body's expectations a bit? Good job staying with the exercising, though. I'm back to that and enjoying it.
