Blue light blocking glasses on at 9 pm last night. Five hours of sleep, two hours drowsing while listening to podcasts.

Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.

Today is an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want).

An hour of exercises for posture, neck, and trunk from "Age-Defying Fitness."

Cardio: 45 minutes and 51 minutes on the Air Walk Trainer while watching "Supernatural" and "Person of Interest." 742 steps.

Relaxation: half hour nap.
