So far I'm doing good, 5 pounds lost in 2 weeks, I think is good, I failed 2 days because I was so ansious about things at work and went for oreo cookies and my daughter left some pasta on her plate yesterday and I ate it, even thou I was not hungry and that's something that I have to work harder on. I have to learn to control anxiety without food or pills. that´s my biggest challenge.

Try eating yogurt, that will increase your metabolism, all thoug it might make you feel hungry. Where is your anxiety coming from? I used to be anxious all the time, because I wanted to be very well paid, have an AUDI or BMW and a Master Degree before I was 25... hahaha. I realised (before losing my job and moving to another city; leaving my friends) that I was yielding to some kind of social pressure. Is there any idea you need to get rid of? (e.g. not being a good mom, not being good enough at work...?) Give it a think during batj or something, try to excercise your spiritual side as well (doesn't matter which religion you follow), we all need it!

THanks so much for the advice, I find yogur and sugar free gums helpers on the anxiety and yes, I need to work a lot on my spiritual side, I already started, just that sometimes I want results on some things by now, and I have to learn that there are things in life that requires time.
