I skip breakfast if I am not hungry. I won't eat just because it's on my schedule. Sometimes listening to the body is the best thing you can do. The biggest reason I would eat breakfast was so that I wouldn't be starving and binging at lunch and/or dinner. I'm sure some people will excitedly agree and some will excitedly disagree. If everyone was the same and there really was a perfect mathematically equation including times, sizes, etc. People would all lose weight easier. I read Wolverine did the intermittent fasting with great results. Diff things just work for everyone diff I think. I'm not a routine breakfast person myself. Today I had a big plain microwaved sweet potato and ate only half my Chipotle. Other days I would skip breakfast and eat a full lunch.. eh. :) Thanks for posting it!!!

intermittent fasting. its almost a science. only with exercises and for fatburn .

It is. I'm saying diff people do diff things and have diff results. That includes the various ways/things people eat, ways/amount they workout, etc. In the example of intermittent fasting, it's all about the fasting schedule not the meal of the day.
