So, the FatSecret "My Professionals" section allows me to include my fitness trainer in viewing my exercise and food diary each day! (Not my journal!)
Yikes! He said it looks like I am doing well on the 30 Day Challenge at the gym. It is weird that he can see everything...but I would be printing it out for him anyway so may as well save trees!
I am getting more used to being back on my food plan. It was hard to let go of some of my cravings but I got past them finally. My protein is up and my carbs are down! Woo Hoo...
The word of the week is WILLPOWER.
