Eight hours of sleep and vivid dreams (attending the Oscars). Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen. High of 90 - the last, last gasp of summer - so I was glad I didn't exercise. Cooling off after today.
Today was a cheat day and a rest day.
Still working on eating the vegetables in the freezer. That will probably take me a month. Found another couple of Morningstar Farm sodium bombs.
Cardio: one hour on the Air Walk Trainer. 199 steps.
I keep making small improvements in my environment. I bought a timer to automatically power cycle the modem and the wireless router daily. It took a month to get around to setting it up, but it does seem to have improved performance.
