Day 2 of my (IF) I went 12 hours and woke up very hungry. So, I broke my fast with black coffe, 2 hard cooked eggs, 2 Bob Evans breakfast sausage patties, and 16.9oz bottle of water.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
