The walking 6.23 miles in 1 hr.46 minutes. That was a 2 and a half candy bar walk. No I won't eat 2 and a half candy bars although there was a time when I would. I just use candy bar calories to measure progress. Most candy bars are 230-250 calories a bar. Love that 10 mile a week challenge. J
