173.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

have been fluctuating between 171-174 for the longest time months since adopting an all you can eat no calorie counting vegan diet. think that you have to count calories while even on a vegan diet if you want to continue your weight loss efforts. calories are calories doesnt matter if its vegetable, meat, sugar, fats etc weight loss all about deficits and numbers calories burned, calories consumed, and what your deficits are on a day to day basis.

since abandoning calorie counting and eating as much as i want on vegan only diet have not lost weight anymore it probabably because i havent been monitoring my calories. go goes it for the myth of losing weight without counting calories?
