After 5 days this stubborn pound finally left. Now I can focus on the next one.


Diet Calendar Entry for 31 January 2015:
1420 kcal Fat: 98.69g | Prot: 79.95g | Carb: 58.15g.   Breakfast: Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Fried Egg, Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Butter, Coffee. Lunch: Colby Jack Cheese, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Dinner: Cabbage (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Meijer Fancy Shredded Colby Jack Cheese, Sour Cream, Butter, Onions, Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa (2 oz). Snacks/Other: Land O'Lakes Traditional Half & Half, Coffee, Strawberries, Au Bon Pain Fresh Pineapple, Prego Italian Sausage & Garlic Meat Sauce, Seviroli Cheese Ravioli. more...
