I was “snowed in” most of the week, which led to a lot of boredom eating and not as much activity as usual. Then when the snow cleared we went to a UNC game on the weekend and ate out for several meals. I’m amazed that I’m down in weight at all, but I’ll take it! I’ll be trying harder this week to stay active and eat within my plan. ❤️
123.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
