Weigh in is for Monday - at night, after dinner.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1507 kcal Fat: 62.96g | Prot: 45.52g | Carb: 158.81g.   Breakfast: coffee cake, Coffee with Skim Milk, corn chips, dunkin donuts cream cheese. Lunch: mcdonalds small french fries, Fried Chicken Wing No Coating (Skin Eaten). Dinner: wine, Firm Tofu (Nigari) (with Calcium Sulfate and Magnesium Chloride). Snacks/Other: girl scout cookie thanks. more...
