I had to take a picture of my weight - I weighed 6-7 times - this was the highest - I thought I'll be good with this / I didn't drink beer Monday , had a bowl of ice cream , a chicken leg quarter , Couple cups of green beans , 2 hard boiled eggs , a beef stick size of of your finger 15 in , 4-8 oz I guess , a salad with ranch , olives Green few , artichoke heart , lettuce , beef brisket 6-8 oz I made - I had a very busy day like everyday at work , physical average but always fast paced - I have seen this in past with starting like Atkins or hcg after a binge session eating whatever you want to starti a new cycle or stage after a week rest for example - all I can figure is that all the excess sugar , White Castle bread , cookies , and excess beer over weekend was fuel for the protein to eat - last night wasa 200 night to bed because watched tivod nascar race at Richmond and American idol junkie , I drank water and diet soda with caffeine and I believe that gets rid of water weight / I hope to thank everybody beforehand and I love to do a shout out later because I can do doublescreen on computer at work and find everybody - I have lots stuff going on and taking on 1 thing at a time -
189.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 31.5 lb a week
