1. Saturday is here!
2. Got my day started far later than I wanted to, but caught a little extra sleep. Guess I will take it and make the best of what I have left.
3. My weight came back down a bit today.
4. My rested blood sugar was 110 mg/dL this morning. A little higher than it has been of late, and higher than I would like to see it.
5. Blood pressure continues to be a major concern. It was 155/97 @ 80 bpm this morning. :-(
6. My Ketonics breath ketone analyzer gave a acetone reading of 41 this morning. This means I am just barely in Ketosis. I am still adjusting my diet and complex carb intake so, I expected to see this.
7. I am looking for a new Probiotic. I need something stronger and with more diversity in the cultures used. Any suggestions???
