Kennyn27's Journal, 14 March 2024

Hello, this is one of my favorite new bars in the gym. If you have the opportunity to use it I highly recommend it. It allows what Diablo and I were talking about a while back, the ability to get a really good stretch at the bottom of the movement. If you do use it I would recommend going a little lighter til you get used to it and getting in a few good warm up sets before doing heavier weight. If you use it let me know how you like it.

I love a good chest stretch. My shoulders and pecs get so tight after bench pressing. But I’ve never seen this type of bar at my gym.

You can do it with dumbbells too, when I come across a good video displaying it I’ll send ya the link! 😊 oh btw, it definitely feels great and promotes muscle building!

I’ve never seen this type of bar at my gym either. I’ll inquire about it. 💪🏼💪🏼

That looks awesome, the only way I can get the stretch I want is with dumbbells or a machine with one of those inflatable balance things behind me. I'd love to have access to that!

I have a chambered multigrip bar that gives that deep stretch if I use the outer grips . Definitely have to drop the weight down to do them. I still get the deepest chest stretch from doing dips though
