Mainecoon, I was semi careful to stay within RDI and macros but wasn't careful about eating non processed. I took a break from weightlifting as well. I did hike/ walk alot so that was good. I think I started losing muscle, therefore causing me to lose weight. My nutritionist was not pleased at me weighing 127. She felt like it wasn't a healthy weight for me. Also went for an annual female checkup and my Dr mentioned that I my weight wasn't reflective of how skinny I looked! That concerned me.

Healthy is more of an indicator than numbers on a scale, but u know that bc u found a supportive medical team that works FOR YOU. And no bones (no pun intended!) abt it, Diana...ur beautiful🤙🏽

Accomandr, You are so sweet. Thank you! And right you are! My nutritionist has always said that the scale is just a number, not a true relection of where you're at. She would like it if I only weighed once a month! Lol💜💜. Ocean girl, I'm doing well but don't like being home here in the desert when it's 113 degrees out. Today it's only supposed to be 105 but it's windy si if you go outside it's like walking into a turned on blow-dryer! I hope all is going well for you?!💜💜🙏💜

Diana sounds like conflicting info from various medical people. Honestly to simply things look at a chart range and what you are comfortable with- Example myself- I am 5'4 large frame- my weight range is 125-145...145 looks great on me because I am large frame/ at 53 years old ( lol I still can't believe I am that old)I will be happy 140-145/ 130's actually look too thin on me

Maine coons, I think it's a good idea! I feel best when I weigh between 129-131. When I go below that I look gaunt in my face. I'm 5'6" with a medium build. I'll have to check charts.👍💜
