Hello everyone, how are you all doing? It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I’ve been tracking! This drop in weight took a while, it wasn’t fast, just catching up with posting… I hope all is well…
188.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
