Only Saturday's Weight Counts!!!

Sheesh!!! I'm 267.6 today!! I'm just SHY of 20 pounds lost. Excited for Saturday. But... ya never know,.... will my body decide to hold onto that tiny ounce of water that keeps me away from that LAST LITTLE BIT to hit 20 this week? Either way, keeping with my schedule, I have until MARCH to lose another 10 pounds, I'm so far ahead of the game... also because no plateau so far either... but...

267!! Woo hooo!!!

I would LOVE to record my weight here everyday, but don't wanna see those little up arrows on some days.. cause it's inevitable if I weigh every day..

Thanks all!! Had to edit!! That was a typo. I'm actually 26..SEVEN... not nine.. 267.. woo hooo :P that's ALMOST, just a HAIR OFF, of 20 pounds total :D

TWilson... just counting calories.. actually 'points'.. I'm doing Weight Watchers.. but doing it rather loosely. I only eat when I'm actually hungry, and when I eat the majority of it is densely nutritious and not empty. I do still save calories/points here and there if I want to plan on having something, like at work today, they served breakfast so I had two of those Munchkins from Dunkin. I have at least two hard boiled eggs every day, cheese, and almonds.... I always keep these items in my bag.. they seem to be my lifesavers.... so I'm NEVER out and about forcing myself to eat on the go... and I only drink water, except for one coffee when I wake up, maybe two.. and occasionally an almond milk at night.. ok, maybe tea too... ok.. I MOSTLY drink water :P Thing is.. ask me again in 6 months or a year... it's always great in the beginning... right now though, it does feel like... 'life'.... so Im content...

You must feel very empowered. Keep up the good work. I cant wait for a month down the road when I see my weight loss begin to show. Right now I spend a lot of time behind a computer working on Masters degree. But I have moved an aerodyne stationary bike into my living room and I am trying to make myself ride it as much as possible. Be well and keep on going ! Tammie

You are doing so well!!! And drinking water helps in so many ways, from keeping you alert, preventing headaches, tricking your stomach into thinking it's full, keeping your skin glowing, and flushing away the fat. My trick is that I always drink 2 glasses before a meal.

Soonsoon, Skin!!! Absolutely. I think the best thing I've done for my skin is drinking so much water.. it really makes such a difference.
