Wow! I guess me and carbs just don't get on!

Enjoyed my nephews birthday party yesterday

My sis in law got some meat and crudités platters from m and s (yay)
So I mainly ate these, but also had samosas and spring rolls and potato curry that her mum and sister cooked

And a slice of " Millionaires drizzle cake"birthday cake.

No alcohol as I was driving, just 2 cups of tea.

Could have been worse.. the kids and OH had Maccy d's and I had leftover chorizo slices and some Parma ham.

So I can't even guess Cals and carbs from yesterday afternoon, but it's not as bad as it could have been.

Had ACV, a pint of water and a cuppa with 10ml cream fir breakfast.
After my feast, now it's my famine..

I have had similar gains when having a larger meal day - It always fell back off pretty quickly.
