18:6 fast, followed by falling off the wagon

69.42g carbs ( under 25)
77.94g fat (85-91g)

It started so well
18 hour fast
Had water and ACV when I was hungry

Then.. had a "customer services" call with sky. After nearly 1.5 hrs waiting and talking, we agreed
A) my router doesn't work properly and needs replacing fir free🎉
B) I will not be paying the requested £102 per month, but £62 instead 😁

But I was on the phone so long that OH made us both a bacon sandwich.. so I only ate one slice of bread and weighed the other one ( I normally weigh everything as I serve it!)

We are having an eat the freezer week, so the freezer can be defrosted..
I rescued some Tesco finest fish cakes which were lovely, with the end of a pack of peas.. the nutrition info in the packet was unintelligible, but I ate them anyways..
Very yummy, but waaay over my carbs limit to eat two!

So I've confessed all in my food diary.
Had steroids in my hip today.
Straight back on the horse and feeling determined
Looking forward to going back to work on weds

I'm surprised you put on as you didn't eat very much really. Probably just one of those fluctuations. I bet you'll be down again tomorrow. Glad you got things sorted out with Sky, even if it did cause you a lot of stress. Enjoy your day 🙂
