99 days to go
Weight still 177.0 bit happy with that.
Had the most stressful day of my life on Monday, so my cortisol levels must be crazy.
Back on track
Feeling positive
Trying to avoid the bagels OH bought yesterday...
Philadelphia is not the same without them!
Back on track recording today.
Apols to any buddies I haven't replied to or commented...been busy catching up on missed sleep!
