Well no loss no gain so I guess that is a little victory :) Just need to start working harder. Nothing like starting your Friday when a friend does something amazing for you :)

I guess not. Today was Cardio with weights, kicked my ass and only used two pounds. Tomorrow will be more along the lines of a Military workout lil cardio, push up pull ups, weights and abs. Yikes am I just a gluten for punishment? Hahaha

Friends are great things to have in life! Even though I lost I'm steppin up my workout as well. 100 crunches or bust today...50 pushups well I'll think really hard about that one :D

Everytime my weight stays the same, I tell myself that my body is adjusting to that weight and getting ready to lose some more.... Keep going. You're doing great!
