Playing with carb to protein relationships a bit. Since I've increased calories for maintenance, my protein has jumped to around 180 which is a little high. Weight gain is from the potatos yesterday. Yeah. Over half a pound. Oops.

I may simply not worry about the high protein. I love it anyway and my body will use it one way or another. Want to hear something funny, Rocker? I've fallen back into Zone territory.

You have to do what works for you. I think I've fallen into the CICO... way of life. Yikes. Try to do a balance of fats and protein and keep the carbs moderate.
