Wednesday weigh-in: Frankly, I thought it would be much worse! I spent a big weekend in the NC mountains on a choir retreat working on our music for Advent Lessons & Carols and Christmas. We are served three meals a day in a dining room and all make munchie food to graze on. I had to try a little of everyone's recipes; there are so many good cooks! Now, for Thanksgiving. 🦃
183.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sounds like my idea of Nirvana, 3 meals a day and snacks I didn't have to make. I'm sick so making my dinner is challenging. Started today. Dragging through it.
