Wednesday weigh-in: Yay! I'll take it!! If I can do that again I will finally break through the point I was July 5 before my trip to England. 😊
175.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love olives, too, Morticia. Two of my favorite recipes have chicken, olives, capers, and lemon: legs done puttanesca style with Castellano green olives with anchovy paste and thighs with Kalamata olives and artichoke hearts. The only drawback is the sodium! ☹️
