Hello all, I've been super busy and unable to check in for a while. I've been slipping on my diet (boo) and going a little overboard with my eating, but somehow I've still lost a little weight. Last night I even managed to exercise a little: 6 miles on the stationary bike and some stretching with resistance cords (my personal fave). Good luck to all in your journey.
239.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
