Thought it might be more loss this week but I’m hearing to expect water weight gain with creatine loading? Feeling good for an old man of 67. 💪
190.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I stopped my creatine last week. Maybe that's why I feel small and weak. I was taking 5g daily since November.
