I blew it at my TOPS weigh-in tonight. I gained .4 of a pound.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You did not blow it. You had an off week. Just get back on the horse. And by the way, weightloss is so unpredictable, that you could have followed your plan perfectly and still gained .4 pounds. Don't beat yourself up. Just move forward.

I love my TOPS family. Been going for 5 years and finally made up my mind to get serious. Don't beat yourself up. You will have a loss next week!
