I've lost and regained and lost and regained a dozen times over. This is it. I'm not going to make it 13 times regaining. I'm done. This is going to be my year.

269.4 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
