This makes no sense. I’ve weighed in unofficially every few days for the last week, so I know roughly where I am and what to expect on the scale tomorrow. However, because it’s the official weigh-in day, for some reason I’m experiencing a lot of anxiety and stressing myself out. Like I said, doesn’t make any sense. I’m actually fighting the urge to eat my stress right now. The mind boggles.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 October 2016:

Why once a week. I weigh in when I feel like it. Sometimes every day or once a week. If I go up a little, I just wait til it comes down. Be easier with yourself: there are no rules except what helps you. Stress doesn't help you. I'm seeing an integrative medicine doctor. He's put me on supplements that do seem to help with stress and sleep; and this helps with weight loss. Maybe that would help you too.

I have been on similar supplements as Erika. They do help with sleep and stress. And activity levels.
