Tuesday so here is a joke for everyone:

When a tap dancer walks in a room and sees and amazing floor, do they say I'd tap that?

Trying to do something a little different with my eating and just do a Proteins shake for lunch and see what happens if I'll be starved by the time dinner rolls around or if it will keep me full and ready for the afternoon. Plus throwing in 25 lbs. for my lunch walk.

Just dig in and do it. The only excuse you have for not doing it is You.

Usually, if I'm going to do a protein shake, I do one for breakfast. I'm not really hungry then anyway. But by lunch, I am STARVING.

See I normally do one for breakfast about 530am and apple around 9am then lunch around 1245 or so dinner at 5pm cause I have to leave for class by 530
