Feeling overwhelmed with life. Trying to find a house to move into this month has turn into 24/7 stress-fest!! It's a tough market and my budget doesn't allow that house that are available at the moment. GRRRR!!!! I am proud of myself that I haven't turned to chocolate to cope with the stress. Just hard candies and Otter Pops.
To top it off, I smashed my toes this last weekend and haven't been able to walk much. Ugh!! I'm going to give it a try tonight. I really need to walk off some stress and a few extra calories.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Could you maybe try eggs for breakfast and a piece of chicken with some salad for lunch? When you eat better food your cravings for the sweets will eventually go away. The reason you may crave them is because your not nourishing your body with any healthy food.
