I just read on the Atkins page that it should be 65% fat, 30% protein & 5% carb.

I stay at 80% fat, 10% carbs and protein. Be careful with too much protein, it will turn to glucose and your body will use it as carbs.

so what are the main foods you eat daily

Bacon & Eggs. :D Mostly any/all meats and eggs. Fried for breakfast, hard boiled for dinner. If I have chicken for dinner, it's most likely tender loins or breasts 200g chopped up and I'll add 20g of butter to them to get the calories up. Not a lot of fat with the chicken. Those of us that are Keto/LC-HF/Atkins WOE, you can check out our food diaries (mine is open to the public, no buddy needed) if you need suggestions, etc.. I just completed 30 days of zero-carbs, so no fruit/veggies. I'm slowly introducing veggies back in but keeping the carbs to less then 20/day. I always thought that if while on Induction I and other people would loose a lot, why not stay in the induction phase even longer? It's been working for me so far. Good luck finding what works best for you.

I agree with Frosty! Cut the margarine, only eat real butter. Lower your carbs to a maximum of 20, this might give you headaches so take a magnesium/potassium supplement. The majority of your carbs should come from spinach which will help with possible headaches. Add avocado to your diet. I would also stay away from the Crystal Light. Squeeze a 1/2 lemon into your water and add a dropper of liquid stevia - yummy lemonade:o Get some coconut oil, this is a great healthy fat.
