Woohoo! I'm finally moving again! Last month, I inadvertantly was eating less than 1000 calories. I kept my protein at 100g/day, but my fat was low. I stalled. In April I switched to high fat, aiming for 70%+. That meant my calories went up to around 1600-1800. After 2 1/2 weeks, I gained a pound ( I was eating the same thing every day, so this wasnt' water weight). I switched to 75g protein, keeping the fat at 70%+. I went back down to 174, then yesterday lost 2 lbs, and today another! I think this is working for me!
