It's been 20 days since my last weigh in and I'm a bit disappointed that I only dropped a lb. that must mean I gained and loss again. Oh well, I've got a good feeling about this week's diet preparation because I only now just discovered the 'salad in a jar' idea.

I love salads. I mean, when I use the word love when talking about salads I can't stress enough my LOVE for salads...lol. However, I hate taking the time to make them.

So, I'm heading to Walmart after work and will pick up some mason jars. Next stop, grocery store for the ingredients. Yummy!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

Did you do the measuring thing though? I had times when the scale just didn't want to budge and in reality I lost 3-4" off my waist.

Yes! Use a tape measure or a pair of pants to see where you have lost! Good luck!

Hi HCB and Dayberndt, actually...no. I haven't measured. But I can squeeze back into a pair of jeans I haven't worn in months. So, maybe that's a good sign. They are still a bit too snug. So, I'll try them on again in a few weeks. Thanks for the pick-me-up.

@ Tunalw, OMG...it's a cool way to make several salads for the week and keep them fresh for 5-7 days all at the same time. If you Google it...so many recipes will pop up. Especially on Pinterest.
