lol. Can someone please explain to me how I've gained close to 3 pounds and all I've been eating are egg whites, protein bread, tuna, etc etc? Always staying under my caloric intake? I have NO idea how this can be explained. I'm extremely pissed off. Does anyone have any answers? What the heck is going on.
166.1 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, each of us are different and it will be up to you to figure out what works best for you. That being said; I've had good success with the low carb, moderate protein, and high fat diet. My cals have been low as well, but I've been on low cal diets before without the success I've had on this one. Maybe some research into different plans can help you nail this down.

You might have a metabolic issue. Try one week going low fat, then the next week going low carbs. If you get no results, go both low fat and low carb. One of the three will make you shed the lbs like crazy. also make sure you drink at least 4 x 8 oz glasses of water or tea (unsweetened) a day.
