Bubbleyumm's Journal, 30 January 2015

So i am not sure what is going but last night my husband and i went to subway and i got what i usually get but with whole wheat bread and alot less sauce. I kinda felt guilty eating it cause it was very carby and ive trying to stay away for nearly a week now. Anyways after i ate it i just got super nauseated and I dont know ive never felt that way before and so i got to work and just felt worse and worse and ended up throwing all of it up. I dont know if its because my body rejected it or did i screw something up. I just feel sick to my stomach well better now since ive thrown up ugh i feel so gross.

Sorry you didn't feel well after eating that. The food diary on here is great to keep track of foods that might be making you sick. BTW I am proud of the progress you are making. Keep up the good work. Truly, J.J.
