No change. Have been busy running in and out of the hospital due to dad's condition so haven't been able to thoroughly record my diet..or record it at all for that matter. In a few days when everything sorts itself out, I'll get back to keeping track of food and even find time to get some exercise in. My cycle isn't making things easier on me. Hello cramps.
