Happy Thanksgiving Eve!

I've got just a couple of minutes to journal before my busy holiday begins. In just about an hour the first of my family will arrive and by Thanksgiving evening we will have 22 people (and three grand-dogs) joining us for dinner and then staying with us until Sunday afternoon. Today (and actually most of the weekend) will be spent cooking.

Thankfully, I don't have anyone with food allergies or intolerances so I can make my usual menu for the holiday. My plan is to eat what I want in moderation (like three bites) and try to get in some extra exercise. I plan to continue to log any exercise I get over the holiday although I don't plan to log my food on Thursday, but will return to my food log on Friday. I also plan to log my weigh-in on Thursday morning and then not log my weight again until my next scheduled weigh-in on December 5. This should give me time to work off any extra weight I may have put on over Thanksgiving.

I may not be able to get back online much the rest of this week. I hope all of my American buddies have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am truly thankful for all of the support I get from this site!

Make your Thanksgiving a memory-maker.

Wow!! You must have a huge house to accommodate that many people!! Come to figure I have beds for 11 in my little house and no one on the living room couch, that's beds. Mmmmm. Hey, enjoy your weekend and stick to your plan. Holiday indulgence work extremely well if compensated in your overall week totals. Have fun with your family, I've been informed I have to eat pumpkin and apple pie and deviled eggs, triplet grandsons are making those!! Love taking to them on Facebook messenger, it's one of their things.
