Doing OK. I should be moving soon. I will get a treadmill for wintertime especially. Otherwise, on track. Eating less and less carbs. I will eliminate all fruit soon to lose faster. I did some packing this evening. Tomorrow I will do some more. I went out to eat, ate broccoli instead of potatoes. On the right track anyway.

Be careful with green vegetables like broccoli, they can make you bloated and gasy if you eat themon a rregular basis

Hi, Glenn - congrats on the condo! Long time no see, I am just popping in on my way to FB!

Hi abbadabba - Yes, good to hear from you... I am living in Westfield, Massachusetts now. The condo may/may not go through next week. I am doing OK. Today was Thanksgiving - I went to a local Knights of Columbus dinner, by chance sat with a woman... who is sisters with a woman I knew well in my last town. Small world. Anyway, I am thinking of moving to Panama (the country) next year if the condo does not go through. I am really fed up with winters. I can go as I have a pension. I would be able to lead a very good life there - I have enough money to live overseas with a much better standard of living too. I want to stay, but I have been waiting almost seven months for this property... and if it is not meant to be I will move. I will take my pets. I am nearly fluent in Spanish, I would be completely fluent in six months I was told as I speak it well enough now. Dieting going OK, I hope to get to the gym more often soon. I have been swimming. I am done with Facebook. A whole lot of nothing but arguing - and I am sick of it.

Sounds like a great plan!

Thanks Springskinny. I will go to Panama next year to visit and figure out what I am going to do. If I like it there I will move. I lived overseas (stationed in the Philippines) and after a month back in the States - I'd wish I had stayed longer. And so I know what it is like to live overseas... dieting going OK. I am easing into low carb. It was easier in the past.

I will stay here if I get the condo, but that is not guaranteed. I am trying to become a published author but that is next to impossible I have found, as I am not a celebrity and I don't know anyone in NYC. Maybe I will have luck getting published in Spanish if someone translates it for me - in a foreign country. My Spanish is good, if I am speaking it constantly it will be very good. Plus in tropical places everyone sweats all the time so most people are much thinner in year-round hot places as a lot more calories are burned walking around in the heat all the time as opposed to cold weather times of the year.
