This is my first week back on track. Im doing fit boot camp and following low carb diet. I started Monday with the food and lost 3 lbs since Monday! I am very pleased
162.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
