Feeling good! I've been very disciplined with my diet and I feel so much better! Now I just need to get motivated to exercise but all in all, I'm pretty pleased.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week
