Hey Tulip .... I am going through one of those periods when everything is crazy - even my weight swing but I won't let it get me down. I am keeping on it and know that what goes up must come down.

Thanks MOM! I have not made a fatbomb in ages ... I plan to make some today. Dboza just reminded me too - it always kept me satiated!

Hi Grace: Basic fatbomb = mix of coconut oil, peanut/almond butter, butter, shredded unsweetened coconut and cocoa powder / 85% cocoa lindt chocolate bar for a wonderful high fat / low carb treat! My avatar is a picture of a fatbomb!
