I figured out this week that I'm allergic to wheat! Not gluten, but wheat, itself. My heart would always race after eating bread, pasta, etc., and I suspected as much. Now I know. 1 week with no wheat, and no palpitations! Bye-bye wheat...for good!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
